🐴 WE'RE HIRING: BROODMARE MANAGER🐴

Highview Stud is looking for a motivated and experienced Broodmare Manager to join our boutique family-operated thoroughbred farm in Ngahinapouri, Hamilton.

Work with high-quality bloodstock and our resident stallions - Wrote, Divine Prophet, Santos, and Mr Mozart - in a supportive, hands-on environment.

The Role:

  • Manage all aspects of mare reproduction, veterinary work, and foaling.
  • Oversee neonatal care, weaning, and early education of young stock.
  • Lead a small, dedicated team in maintaining our high standards of horsemanship.
  • Accurate record-keeping of daily treatments and stock movements.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a thoroughbred breeding leadership role.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
  • Reliability and the ability to work under pressure during the foaling season.
