About the Role

As a Community Support Champion – Case Manager, you’ll throw yourself into in the racing industry, and get to know the people that work across thoroughbreds, harness and greyhound racing. Somedays you will be on the ground, walking alongside racing participants, building trust, and equipping them with the skills to support one another. Other days you will be developing tools and plans to support our racing family. This is a non-clinical, community development role that focuses on peer networks, early intervention, and industry-wide engagement.
