NZB Airfreight are global equine travel agents, flying precious horses around the world.

We are looking for a hardworking, organised Airfreight Operations team member to join our fast-paced team in an administrative position.
This role will be responsible for a wide range of logistical and operational tasks such as:

• Day-to-day communications with clients and suppliers
• Airfreight bookings and processing
• be responsible for arranging door-to-door transport for horses of all breeds and types

Be a part of an exciting, unique industry with 250+ flights annually, plus live auctions and various events throughout the year. Working in a collaborative and supportive team based at our beautiful Karaka office. Situated on 40 lush acres with a gym onsite, easy access off the motorway and plenty of free parking of course! With a hotel, restaurant and bar on our doorstep, plus multiple cafes and a growing and vibrant town centre across the road.

If you are a motivated, customer-focused, have the ability to meet critical deadlines, have MS Office and key admin skills and want to be a part of a leading equine air transporter, get in touch!

Knowledge of the racing industry is advantageous but not essential. Minimum of two years of administrative experience required.
