Rich Hill Stud is one of New Zealand’s leading thoroughbred nurseries, with a great location in the Waikato region which is the centre of New Zealand thoroughbred breeding. 

We are looking for a skilled, ambitious and focused person to join our team in overseeing the preparation of our 2026 yearling draft. 

• The position could be either long term, or a stepping stone to further industry opportunities.     
• An experienced and supportive yearling team will be on hand to assist with the preparation and presentation. 
• An attractive salary package is available to the right applicant.  
• Accommodation is available if needed.
