Ground Staff

Forsman Racing are looking for full and part-time staff to fill multiple roles at our Cambridge based stable. We have ground staff positions available to suit all experience levels. Roles include grooms, stablehands and we can organise some occasional trackwork for the right person.

We’re a pretty small crew at Forsman Racing, and we all tend to get stuck in and help each other out - we’re building a positive work culture to breed success for our horses and we need the right people to help do it. 

New to racing or stable life? No problem, all you need to succeed here is a solid work ethic, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and listen. Early starts and weekend work are a part of the industry, and being comfortable working outside and with animals is a must.
