Marketing & Communications Coordinator (12-Month Maternity Leave Cover)

Are you passionate about the thoroughbred breeding industry and ready to bring your marketing and communication skills to a dynamic, fast-paced role?

We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Marketing and Communications Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month maternity leave contract.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong understanding of the thoroughbred world, who can confidently manage campaigns, craft engaging content, and build meaningful connections within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print and social platforms
  • Coordinate media, event promotion and stakeholder communications
  • Write and edit content for newsletters, press releases, websites and social media
  • Support branding, sponsorship, and public relations activities
  • Liaise with industry partners, studs, breeders and media outlets

About You:
✔️ Proven marketing/communications experience
✔️ Excellent writing, editing and content creation skills
✔️ Confident working with social media, email marketing, and CMS tools
✔️ Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
✔️ A genuine passion for and knowledge of the thoroughbred breeding industry is essential
