Senior Ground Staff/Foreperson

Wanting to use your equine skills to take your racing career to the next level? Forsman Racing are looking for experienced staff to lead by example at our Cambridge stable.

Responsibilities include groom work, organising the ongoing care of horses and generally being the ‘go to’ person on the ground. You’ll often be the person people look to for direction, so demonstrated experience in some sort of leadership role would be a massive plus.  The role also includes the opportunity to represent our stable on race and trial days, and share in the success that our people and horses work hard to achieve. 

We’re a pretty small crew at Forsman Racing, and we all tend to get stuck in and help each other out - we’re building a positive work culture to breed success for our horses and we need the right people to help do it.
